Nationwide Shipping

PAO Healthy Foods ships frozen products throughout the 50 U.S. states. To help maintain product quality and minimize transit time, frozen orders are shipped Monday through Thursday.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping on Orders $75+

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more to eligible U.S. states.

Because PAO Healthy Foods products are shipped frozen, some extended-distance destinations require expedited shipping to help ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. These destinations are not eligible for free shipping, and available expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Extended Shipping States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within 40 miles of Durham, NC. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Durham, NC. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
